Each Sunday, we allow each service to text in any questions that they have about the sermon and other non-sermon related questions.  Those questions that require longer, in-depth answers are answered on our blog.  Here are the questions and answers that we received from Pastor Conway’s message in the Anchored series:Q: Will God hold me accountable if I not associate myself with those undisciplined even in my Life Group, my Work group, I remember being told don’t be so holy bound that I’m no earthly good.
A: “Associate” is probably not the best word these days since you are associated with them by way of being Christian and going to the same church and small group. So…you really should not have deep fellowship with undisciplined people in the sense that you should never seek their advice. However keeping a safe and healthy distance is always appropriate.

Q: Can you go to heaven without being baptized?
A: Absolutely you can go to heaven without being baptized. The thief on the cross was never baptized, yet Jesus promised him salvation (Luke 23:39-43). Baptism is not a condition for salvation.

Q: What does the presence of God look like? What does it feel like? Where can I get it?
A: Since God is everywhere there is never a time that you are not in his presence (Psalm 139). However sometimes you hear people in church talk about being in or feeling the presence of God. Usually people say this when their affections for him are particularly heightened. How do you get there? Meditating on his wonders and studying Him in His word. Our recommendation is to do a study on the glory of God. Look up an author by the name John Piper and his book “Desiring God.” That should get you off to a good start.
