What is Leadership College?
OCC Leadership College is a nine‑month journey designed to help you grow as a servant leader. Here, you’ll deepen your walk with God, discover your spiritual gifts, and learn what healthy, biblical leadership looks like in the local church which can be extended to wherever you serve and lead.
This isn’t a seminary—it’s a hands‑on, values‑driven environment where you’re challenged, supported, and developed. We’re committed to raising leaders who can be trusted, not just leaders who can speak well. At Leadership College, we build capacity, character, and Christlike influence that lasts.
