We all are leaders in some capacity, whether we lead a team at work, church, our own family, or we are leading ourselves.  Join me as we explore the dark side of leadership, a part of leadership that often goes untaught.  We will dive into the tendencies that leaders have that do not exemplify the qualities of Christ and how we as leaders can take steps to be better and do better for those we are leading.  Prepare your hearts as we investigate the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly parts of leadership and how we can overcome the negative factors.
